I, Joey Montes, suffered a major stroke at the young age of 56 on December 16th 2024. The stroke has been a reset, a new start and a fresh new beginning. Having to retrain my brain by crafting new pathways and connections to do old things, other things must, will and have changed, as well. These are new ways, different ways, and better ways. The journey has just begun and the redesign and rebuild is now underway.

It will be a work in progress, full of highs and lows and ups and downs. It'll be done one step at a time.
